How Can erectile Dysfunction be Treated?

My husband has been having erectile dysfunction and the last two times we had sex, his discharge was brown in color . This was at least a month apart due to inability to keep an erection. This happened four years ago and he had been placed on too much b/p medication. Where should we go next?

Hi, I think you should consult a urologist for complete examination. He may need some blood tests like thyroid profile, prolactin level, Blood sugars, serum testosterone and lipid profile. A penile doppler test may be required. Medicines are available for treatment.
